Shipping Policy
Free shipping worldwide Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Where we ship We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all EU member states, Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands), Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States and Canada: typically 7–14 business days
- Spain: typically 2–5 business days
- Rest of the European Union and the United Kingdom: typically 3–8 business days
- Rest of the world: typically 7–16 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Customs and duties Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is running late, contact us and we will chase it for you.
Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at grillzeroservice@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
