At Grill.Zero we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the brush doesn't clean your grill the way you expected, we'll take it back.

30-day money-back guarantee You have 30 calendar days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. This goes beyond the 14-day withdrawal right granted by EU consumer law, which you keep in full.

How to start a return Email us at grillzeroservice@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. We reply within 24 hours and send you the return instructions. No forms, no hoops.

Condition of returned items Items should be returned in a resellable condition with their original packaging. Normal use while testing the product is fine — we just ask that it isn't damaged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's processed.

Return shipping If the item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping entirely. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or faulty on arrival Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.
